I ordered 2 of these rods for my kitchen window valances. They were easy to put up and look very nice yet not over stated. They make a nice simple statement.

The middle extension joints on this are well made. Many extendable rods sag in the middle but both the short rod and the longer rod are sturdy and straight. I did put a little nail in the middle of the 96” rod for support. But overall, for the price, it is excellent.

I have blinds so couldn't use tension rods. But I wanted to install in wood sill for least damage in apt. I used rings with clips and placed them so they pinched pleats to make the curtains fill in the gap the rings naturally left. Perfect!

If you are looking for a more contemporary curtain rod, this is it. Yes, they are plastic though they are sturdy and appear nicer than most. Look better than you would expect based on the price tag.
