We have had this about a week. So far it is doing well. It is a computer that is used by everyone in our family. We use it mainly for internet and documents and photos. The kids are able to do their schoolwork without any problems. Start up was very quick and easy...took me less than 10 minutes....

Honestly, I love it! Easy to set up and use. I am an Apple Mac user and bought this for the house. Very easy to use and love it! Extremely fast and I have it to use for school and do simple stuff. Powerful machine and does everything I need it to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This HP was easy to set up and transfer data. I needed to upgrade my 10+year old HP to Windows 10 and this has all the features I need. I'm old school and still use the disk drive and card slot. You would never know it was refurbished.
