Well packaged and cannot tell it's refurbished, looks brand new. Picture quality is fantastic especially after calibration. I have the original P series Vizio and this newer one blows it out of the water.

So far so, good. Only had about a week but works perfectly. 1 very light and small scratch on the screen but not noticeable at all unless standing right at TV with it off.
