Bought ~ 1 month ago, has worked extremely well since. Easy reservoir to empty. Controls easy to learn. Hope it lasts 10 years, though that would go against all the MBAs who swear by planned obsolescence to improve their take-home stock options.

Bought this dehumidifier about a month ago. Works well, and the only thing keeping it from rating 5 stars is that it is very LOUD. Otherwise, product works as advertised, and gets the job done.
