This is the mask that is recommended by all health agencies. Walmart sells them at a terrific price. I am a Senior with COPD and am in jeopardy on smoky days if I go outside without one.

These masks are mad by 3 M and I love them especially when I'm doing drywall work or working in dusty conditions. If you believe the blue flimsy masks everyone wears to protect against viruses, think again.
