Well...the service is excellent...but this revew is for the tv.This tv doesn't have WiFi,you have to buy a device to get th he apps or have your phone all the time with you ...This is not a SMART TV!!!please remove the words "SMART HDTV " in the description.

TV was delivered to my door, box was somewhat damaged but TV was unharmed. Unpacked, screwed legs on, plugged in and TV and it would not turn on. White screen 1/4 while other 3/4 was completely black. Returned item back to store and was told exchanges are not possible if purchases are done online...

The size and picture of this TV great on active settings for the power it boots up in no time but for the money it lacking big no smart apps or support it basically a plain TV [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Overall the price was good I was just disappointed in the idea of believing it was a smart TV until it arrived and realized there's no apps and it can only cast from your phone or computer. It has chromecast built in but it's not actually a smart TV With apps or any other features and the casting...
