I bought this about a month ago, 11' MH, good backbone casts well w/ 3-4 oz. sinker. I have not caught anything over 5 lbs. Good balance of power and sensitivity for price and weight.

I got the 9' 1/2-2oz BATSFII815S90 and put it to the test this summer. It throws metal great, isn't too heavy for repeated casting, and even works well for soaking bait in the wash when you don't need much weight to keep the bait holding. I can't wait to try it on trout in the surf this fall.
