Used at the lake and picture quality (5MP) is very good above and underwater. It will hold 11 minutes of video on 720P 60fps with a 1GB memory card (it has 750MB internal). It takes about 5 seconds to zoom 4x, slow IMO. They have a bundle with a 4GB SDHC memory card for $7 more.
