I am not anle to speak to durability (only the third day) but the hammock is comfortable.Keep in mind it says it is a double, however, it would be a tight squeeze. You will also need hammock straps. The wording is not very clear but I did dog enough to find that out in the listing.

I bought this for my Daughter's stuffed animals, she absolutely loves not only being able to keep all of them, but she takes them out and swings a few of them at a time... definitely a big hit. Keeps her room clean as the animals hang from the ceiling, win win situation :-)
