I have had a Keurig for over eight years and use it every morning and night. The directions say that there is a water level guide, but unlike my old unit this unit did not have the tabs in the reservoir. Keurig should update the Tips and Maintenance section of the Use and Care Guide.

I've had mine for a few years and still love it! It works great! I've never had any problems with it. I got the fun red color that matches my kitchen. The word “Brew” & the power emblem on the buttons wore off after a while. They really should engrave those into the plastic like the name “Keuirg”...
