We purchased this primarily to prepare hard-to-mix protein drinks while traveling -- and it works great for that purpose. However, we use it around the house for smaller tasks too. It won't replace a full size blender. But it's a very handy and useful little blender. Worth the money, in my opinion.

Purchased this mostly for the Immersion Blender. The food chopper was an added bonus.works well for what it was purchased for. Very happy with it.

This blender and chopper is very nice. It is not meant to substitute your larger blenders. Good for smoothies, soups, etc.. (Smaller jobs).The chopper is a pleasant surprise. I thought it was going to be the most unused tool in the kitchen. Not so! It is the next most used tool in my kitchen now....
