This works on my right big toe. I have had surgery on 3 toes and my big toe was turning in and this item helps to keep my toe from curling. It doesn't hurt at all and is wonderful to use.

Keeps the discomfort down, I even forget I'm wearing a gel separator, very comfortable. One separator lasts about 6 months, by that time the ring that goes over the toe is broken off. Fortunately there are 2 in a packet. Will be re-ordering once I finish this :-)
