These bags are perfect for bagging fish filets. I used the regular bags before and ended up wasting a lot of product, however these bags provide a much more efficient space for perfect filet size. I store around 30 pounds of fish yearly and these are now my go to.

I purchase 4lb roll of Case Pork Roll, slice it up and slide 4 slices at a time into a 30" length and freeze it. It's perforated down the middle, so I end up with 2 pkgs of frozen single servings. Do the same thing with 3lb pig of hot dogs.
