I bought it because of all the great reviews. I have had it for almost 3 months and it works GREAT! If you fully charge it when you first get it, it holds up a long time. I have only had to charge mine twice in the last 3 months and I use mine almost everyday for 5-10 minutes and sometimes longer.

There was a problem with my previous dirt devil - the battery did not hold a charge. Dirt Devil sent a replacement without any discussion or haggling and the new unit works just fine. I am very happy with the performance of the unit and the customer warranty service
