I am 5'4" tall, weigh 150 lbs., stocky build, no gut. Size 38 chest. Red Kap size 46 is the one I prefer for cool weather use if you want to wear an extra layer under the coveralls. Take your chest size and add EIGHT SIZES to get a comfortable fit WITH EXTRA LAYERS UNDER THE COVERALLS.
