This plate took less than a minute for me to put in. The other was cracked not covering the outlet. One Screw, One Plate. remove old screw and plate, reattach new plate with new screw.

These are just like the basic plastic plates you can get but are a little bit bigger in size. Worked well for me with errors my contractor made around the receptacles.
