Damaged with pieces missing. No fork top nut. No fork lock washer. No seat post clamp bolt and nut. Box ripped open. Bike scratched up.

The bike is fine, but the box it came in was in bad shape! Some of the hardware clearly fell out of the gaping hole in front! Every side of the box had tears in it, and it looked like it had been kicked around!

I like the bike but it's missing pieces for the seat and handle bar

This was a great purchase and pretty easy to assemble. The only complaint I have is that they sent the wrong size bolt to attach the seat with and the instructions were not so great or easy to read. Other than that, I'm a happy customer.
