This is my 3rd one. Would not have any other. You don't move the mouse, you just move the ball with your finger tip, that's it. No medical problems from moving a finger. They usually last about 2 to 3 years, but for the price, who cares.

a good trackball is not easy to find, have gone throw several in my lifetime, have high hopes for this one, been useing it daily for near a month now, has worked very well so sticking or jumping of the ball, very pleased so far.

IT TAKES A LITTLE GETTING USE TO, BUT YOU CAN PUT IT ANYWHERE..AND ALL YOU USE IS YOUR FINGERS ..I HAVE TERRIBLE ARTHRITIS IN MY FINGERS, BUT IT DOESNT BOTHER THEM A BIT..
