While the price is excellent, the bluetooth does not meet expectations. It was difficult to set up (and the instructions didn't bother to state how to put it in discovery mode), and the other party could barely hear me. It was also uncomfortable to wear and the "ear clip" kept falling off the ear...

I bought this for my husband and his main complaint is that the ear piece must be taken off and on with every use. He just stopped using it after two days.

The volume doesnt go up enough for me. If the window is down it is difficult to hear.

THIS BLUETOOTH DID NOT COST A LOT BUT IT SURE WORKS HARD. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THIS PRODUCT. I REALLY LIKED IT AND SO DID MY GRANDDAUGHTERS. I PURCHASED 3 AND WE REALLY LOVE THEM.
