This product does not come with hooks even though the picture shows them. The ad should at least say they are sold separately and maybe add a link to find the hooks and order them at the same time.

I had trouble trying to hang this item over the door, the wires and brackets kept coming out. Finally when I thought I had it hang, I put all of my shoes in each picket and then it all collapsed.

Does not allow door to close. And the door hanging brackets do not stay in they slide out. Awful design

Door clips are too big. If you shut the door and open it the organizer falls off the door!

I wish I'd read the reviews on this product prior to purchasing it but they are all definitely accurate--it's terrible and collapses the minute you put your shoes in it--doesn't let the door close and doesn't fit properly over the door in the first place. Def would NOT recommend this item!
