The Oster Electric Knife with Carving Fork made my slicing jobs faster and easier. I used it on a brisket, turkey ham and bread baguettes. It sliced through it all smoothly. I even tried peeling a pineapple which it accomplished in no time. I like the storage case to keep everything together....
