These knives are very sharp and are just what I needed for quick work. They are extremely pretty to leave on the counter so they are always there when I need them. Because they are sheathed, I don't have to worry about grabbing one of them and getting cut. I am very happy with my purchase!

These knives are great! They maintain their sharp edge and cut through food very quick and smoothly. I have several sets of expensive knives but always use these. I liked them so much I bought a second set for my vacation house.

I had a much more expensive ceramic knife that I needed to replace but didn't want to spend that much. I found this set as an alternative and it's just as good as the expensive one. Perfect for peeling and they slice tomatoes like slicing through room temperature butter!
