The initial add is deciving. Say it is a 4k blu-ray player. It is NOT. It will do its best to upscale but you cannot insert a 4k disc in this playee and expect it to work.

I was hesitate to buy a refurbished....anything. But the cost of a new one has gone through the roof compared to what we paid for the one we're replacing. This has everything on it we were looking for, mainly the USB that plays movies. Not all USB ports play movies. Very happy with my purchase.

We use this player with a projector and screen for outdoor movie nights. We LOVE that this player allows us to stream from the player apps in absence of a smart tv.

I use it to watch YouTube when I'm not playing a disc. I would give it 5 stars if I could add a wireless mouse and keyboard to the unit. That would help me navigate the on screen menu much faster than with a remote.

Works great. I think the problem most people were having is they were leaving it on for weeks at a time. There is only a really small green light to tell you it is on, just look for it and turn it off after using. Really a quality player.
