The Velcro is incredible good, it keeps the weights on. The material is very good also. For smaller ankles as mine wrap it as tide as possible. They are to big for me to use for my wrist, but I only wanted them for my ankles. I would definitely recommended for both aqua and land usage.

I alternate using these on my ankles and wrists when doing laps or treading water. I've only used them for a couple of weeks so far, but they seem very well-made, and they provide a great boost to my workout.

I really like these weights for my ankles. I do not use them in water. They are easy to put on and take off + the color is bright and happy for when I have to do my exercises using these!
