This is better for me then some other styles and brands. It helps hold me in and posture up without feeling like I can't breathe or move properly. Just enough flex I use for treatment and prevention of a bad sciatic nerve I like to provoke.

Fits very well. Can adjust tension as much or as little as needed. Three Velcro straps hold it firmly in place. Definitely helped my lower back for yard work and even watching TV.
