My last DVR player was a Toshiba and was sent back twice for numerous faults and was never repaired. So far, this Panasonic one works as it should. I hope it continues to do so. I hate shipping stuff back to the factory for repairs and nothing is done.

I bought one for myself and love it so much, that I bought this one for my daughter's husband so also has NetFlix. Great Blu-Ray player.

Love this blu-ray player except for the fact that the main reason I got it was to watch Netflix on, and was disappointed to learn that I needed to buy a wireless LAN adapter (aprox $70-$90) to be able to do that. Other than that it works great.
