Another solid piece that Robards has given us. I have yet to be let down by any of her books, this is no exception. I lent this out to a friend and I'm hoping I'll get it back soon so I can re-read it.

While it may not be perfect (sometimes the historical perspective just doesn't ring true), this is a fun read and proves that Robards is at the top of her form. I really liked the two major characters; they are not cookie cutter romance figures. This is a keeper
