I returned the item because it did not come with a hose. I know it would not have any accessories, but I could not use the vacuum without a hose.

Retuned unit. Already opened by someone else and put back in box. Buyer beware on refurbished. Many issues. Needs service. Never buy again.

I understand this is a refurbished vacume but I did not except to get a broken vacume. The canister for the dirt won't secure to the actual vacume itself. The clips that hold the hose are broken off and just laying in the bottom of the box. The box itself looks like it's been rolled down a hill. ...

Box looked 20 years old. Vacuum was broken, had parts missing and had been used.

The 1st worked great, returned it because it was missing the stair tool. Bought a second one, didn't even put it together, it was missing the same tool. A HUGE hassle and walmart.com customer service wasn't helpful.Very disappointed.
