Computer defective after 2 months. Contacted gateway to correct. Gateway company uses unethical business practices to deter customers from actually getting there claims processed.

Bought 2 of these, one has been working ok, not great, the other has been nothing but problems from the start. After the first week it would not boot up properly. I bought april 27 22 and used it once a week.. it tried updating and now is stuck in a loop and wont actually update. Somehow my protection plan got canceled and now just a couple months after purchase i can no longer use. My other gateway laptop works perfectly. Dont waste your money on this one!
