      My son is only 45lbs and fits perfectly in the medium size 8-10 He is normally in a size 5/6 in waist and 7 in t shirts

      My son just turned 4 and is very small (still wears a 3T). This costume is very long on him, but we can roll it up. Fabric is not as thin as I was expecting it to be. Graphics were intact. Did not inflate the proton pack yet.
