This bike is absolute trash. The derailleur has broken twice now with light use from an 8 year old. Mongoose has replaced parts for us and we paid a professional bike shop to fix it, now it is broken again. I would love my money back but plan on just cutting my losses and throwing away a 10 month...

The worst quality bike I've ever seen. Bought this for my son who rode it twice only to have the shift guide completely fall apart after the second ride. Save your money and look for a different bike.

This bike seemed ok when we first bought the bike. My son loved it. After day 9 of only having the bike my son fell off his bike and when he picked it up his brake part broke off. He didn’t even fall hard enough that the brake should have snapped the way that it did.
