One issue: The purchase was great but they sent the wrong backrest frame where the shoulder u-shape bar goes. The hole for the u-shape bar is to the side of bar instead of the front of bar. I'm guessing I have to call the manufacturing company to replace it? I know its gotta be an easy fix.

It arrived early and in great shape - a surprise because the package was smashed, ripped, crushed and falling apart. I love it though and am glad it was ok.
