This laptop is very good for its price. Wi-fi works great, processor meets basic needs and 2GB memory is plenty. Great for basic web usage and word processing. Not so great for video, games or multitasking.

I really love my new laptop. My only disappointment was that the website indicated it had a webcam and it DOES NOT COME WITH A WEBCAM. Other than that, and I was really looking forward to having the cam, I love the way the laptop handles. Particularly like the 10-key function like a real keyboard.

the only issues I have with this laptop is that the battery doesn't stay charged quite as long as it says it will & it feels hot quickly, taller rubber feet would help. This is a great lap top. I am a little biased however. My family has three Toshiba's and they just keep getting better. This C655D-S5043 was purchased to upgrade my wife's Atom powered notebook. She is thrilled and I am glad we bought a product that has proven so stable. Go get one.

purchased this for my 74 year old aunt who wanted something to be able to play games on. It was very easy to set up, connect to the wireless router and easy for her to understand. Great computer for the price.
