Looks nice. The water load mechanism under is great. Locks onto top of bottle and bends so it gets all the water out of bottom the jug. The pump motor is VERY quiet compared to my old one. I can get a very tall glass under fill area. Only thing missing is a night light under top of dispense area ...

It truly worth the price!! The machine doesn't make any sound until you take a glass of water then, it start the engine and make a noise dor 5seconds and it stop right away. Super purchase. I recommend. I've been using it for 3weeks now

The reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is because it does not come with a night light. Our old one would light up in the area where you place your glass, not this one. It's too bad.

Fantastic water cooler! The only thing I wish is that there was more room by the tap and drip tray to fill your water bottle. As the water is getting cold or cleaning it's a little noisy but not a big deal. Love the under mount water bottle so I don't have to lift it.
