So far every feature of this device has been working great. Docking and undocking everyday with my 15" MBP has been seamless. I am even using a crazy chain from TB3 -> TB2 adapter -> Ultrawide (3440 x 1440) monitor -> onboard USB ports -> USB 3.0 hub. And everything along that chain works great.

Very nice. I come into the office and plug in one Thunderbolt 3 cable, and I have my power, display and peripherals. Couldn't be happier.
