Cooks like traditional cast iron and fortunately is much lighter. I'm nearly 70 and this fry pan still has some heft - not sure I could handle a full weight cast iron pan. The non stick surface works very nicely - clean up is a breeze.

Great pan, lightweight with the cast iron quality. Cleans up easy, and so far nothing sticks! Beautiful color. Would like a black option too.

I really like this pan because it is metal utencile friendly and it cleans up great food does not stick
