After a few years my first one did what many others here have experienced. It just stopped brewing a full cup. So I bought a new one. This one does the same thing! Once a week I can get a full cup. Most days I can get a trickle at best. It can't be clogged. It's brand new!

We got this for Christmas because our Mini Keurig had died! It is great. Works perfect every time. Allow you to have a 10 ounce drink. Uses regular k-cups. We love it!!

I love how you can use any K cup. Easy to use. I bought this for Hot Chocolate since I do not drink Coffee.
