The assembly instructions could have been clearer and easier to follow. The backing on the bookcase is very flimsy and tears easily. I would say the product is just ok, but not great. The size is good if you don't have a lot of space to work with.

it's not as well made as the Mainstays bookcase. the backing is very thin. almost like colored poster board. I would not have purchased it if I knew it was going to be this flimsy.

You get what you pay for with this product. It is inexpensive, so it is made out of cheap compress wood. Very easy to chip. It is for my son's room for his books it will work for now if we dont mess with it otherwise it may fall apart if move.

The price was great. The size was perfect for what I needed and it was like the description. The only thing I had a problem with was that each piece was scratched or the corners were lifting.
