The costume is cute, good quality, but runs small. My 2 year old nephew barely fit, though he is a big boy, he wears 2T. The outer package says 2/4t, but it's small.

The costume looks just like the picture. Made w a thin fabric but the turtle shell is too cute. I bought it for my 2 year old who wears 2t cloths. This costume says it fits 2-4T but it fits my son perfectly so I don't see it fitting a 4T. Good for trick or treating, maybe not long term wear.
