It works great, havent figured out the app yet. We have this in our bedroom 12x12, in a 800sqft apartment. Cools quickly and it is very quiet (for air conditioners). People who complain about it being loud are psychopaths who like sleeping in the quiet with no white noise.

I love my TCL 14,000 BTU portable air conditioner. It came before the expected delivery date. I was ecstatic. booklet was accurate on how to put it together. Its on low and my room is so comfortable. The warranty is totally worth it. I would recommend it to anyone!!

Great product with excellent cooling features

I bought this to keep my garage cool. 400 sq ft. Works great! Others have complained that the thermostat isn't accurate or that it's loud but that doesn't matter to me. I installed a dryer vent to vent it outside since my garage doesn't have windows.
