So far its working as it should. I don't think ive reaches its capacity of 4000# but we have hoisted and trollied part of a truck off its frame with it. The bolt through the bottom is welded to the eye if its welded good there will never be a problem only time will tell this

Well made trolley. The bolt joining the halves of the trolley is 1" rod, pinned in on one side, rather than a hex bolt, so one side of the trolley is nearly zero clearance (no bolt head protruding past the outside edge. This suited my need very well.
