This is great for when you are idle for example on the computer or watching tv or when you want to massage your muscles. We use it as an additional work out for our muscles. It stretches out pretty far so that you can control how tight it presses down on your leg or neck. It can get tight.

Okay so this massager is seriously amazing! I can't say enough good things about it. It really does get deep in the muscles. This is sooo perfect for after a good workout. It rubs deep but doesn't hurt or put to much pressure on you. It definitely is for a very slim figure if used on the stomach....
