It was easy to do, mostly I did it by myself. I've been using it 2-3 times a week walking around 2-4 miles around 3-3.5 mph (sometimes, I'll go by to 4 mph), but I'm a walker, not a runner. Price was really good and I'm very happy with the treadmill.

Put the treadmill in the master bedroom facing the TV. Can watch many programs while walking. Walk at least a mile a day. When the weather gets warmer I will walk outside if it is not raining. My husband uses the treadmill too. We both like it a lot.
