I really didn't know Gateway still made computers!! The most important thing to me was battery life. they state this one will last 8 hours, but it is more like 6. but that is still pretty good!! Other than that it is a good computer that works well.

This is a great laptop for its price, if anyone is a linux hobbyist. However one drawback is, that you will need to install wi-fi drivers manually, because it has a realtek RTL8821CE.
