These are warm. I have not used them under 40 degrees yet. I love the ease of pulling fingers out of mitten and reading for trigger pull. Very comfortable. I'll use these for other things not just hunting. Also, they have magnets that hold the mitten and thumb cover away so they dont flop around.

These fit my son perfectly. The magnets that hold the fingertips back were a bonus. When I ordered I did. Not realize they were on the glove. This same glove was 20 to 30 everywhere else. Very Happy.

Works fine for the price. Not heavily insulated but I used them with Hot Hands Hand Warmers to keep my hands warm on 30 degree day. The thumb covers unintentionally popped out quite often.
