This barrel is super lightweight. We've used it to on carpet, grass, and our textured concrete floors and it's still holding up well. We don't have a lot of storage so inflatables work well for us. This barrel does not come with a air pump but it's not advertised to come with one. The barrel itself holds air well with little to no leaking. It is thin pvc plastic so use in an area without sharp objects or corners. Over all very pleased with everything
