Honestly a pile of garbage Missing three parts!! The pillow(I could probably take that if it's comfy), the piston cover (decorative not a big deal for me) and most importantly the hinge to connect back and bottom (unacceptable structural part). I'm just wondering where is the quality control !!

It is not as comfy as you might think. Also the leg support does not stay back and slides forward randomly. I would not recommend this product. I tried to GIVE it to my son and he refused it.

I assembled the chair and at the last step found out that at the bottom of the frame the proper holes are missing to screw the footrest. Such a disappointment, have to return it!!
