Decently thick, but not so thick that they make it hard to get your shoe on. Also very comfortable.

I wear these with my warmups and jacket to do my 30 minute walk in the morning. They are amazingly warm, and they feel soft, padded and very comfortable. They have enough snugness to give this little old lady some extra support. They stay up all day. Wish I bought twice as many.

These are not too thin or too thick. The toe seem has a low profile. I have larger calves, and these fit perfectly. I am 5'7 and they are plenty long. I plan on wearing them with dress slacks, and with winter boots and leggings. They are soft with a bit of stretch.
