The bike was missing the seat The crank arm was sanded down from sticking through the box. The finder are so cheap and bent I could hardly get them on the bike

I love the color it is prettier than I expected, very disappointed with the packaging and the beading it must have taken getting here. Haven't opened yet because I'm worried about the effect it may have had on the electric motor. Not happy at all.

great looking bike, too bad for packaging/ shipping. Not sure whos at fault but don't see how they make money with all the same complaints. bent forks, broken reflectors, bent fenders and paint beat up. bent and twisted fork rendered useless.
