I have had the charcoal filter for several years, it's the best appliance in my house. The fluoride filter is also a great filter. The water we use is noticeably softer and with less "non-water" flavors. I highly recommend both filters for anyone's house with city water.

So far so good. It was just installed so we haven't had time to see how it works but the pre installation requirements were easy and the plumber didn't have any problems installing.

I have installed a flouride and a Chlorine unit for my whole house. I had an older system (2 tanks prior), but I wanted fluoride removal. The units did not remove any TDS from my city water at all. Need to check fluoride levels.
